About me?


YaHAllo! I am Sky Azure a self-proclaimed flying fish also known as, "Sky". I use "Mazuri Midori" as my artist name hence called "Mazu".|I don't use pronouns, I use name instead|Many address me, or calls me "fish" instead to relieve confusion so feel free to do so too!

1. WORKFLOW and Turnaround Time
The creation of work may take around a week or 2 months. The client will receive updates regarding the work.
Usual Process
Bases > Rough Sketch > Clean Sketch > Line-art > Rendering > Final Output
Some cases
Bases > Clean Sketch > Line-art > Rendering > Final Output
The workflow cannot be applied to some services, such as colored sketches.

2. UPDATES
I will send updates on the current work given and ask the client for approval before proceeding to the next stage.The client will be instantly informed when the progress of the work, or the initial estimated time of delivery, slows down. It will also be announced on all the social media platforms I am using to ensure that clients will be able to know of the situation.


3. RUSH WORK
a.) Kindly do not suddenly rush me from work without prior notice.
b.) Message me a week prior for negotiation and specify if the work is "rush" work or has a hard deadline. Rush work includes additional fees.


4. REFUSAL OF WORK
a.) I have the right to refuse if it is not within my capability to provide the service. Do not be discouraged.


5. PAYMENTS
1. Way of payment
Payment will be paid either in whole (100%) or 60-40 (the first payment will be 60% upfront, and the last payment will be 40% for continuation).
2. Personal Use
The final work provided is solely for enjoyment, and the client has agreed not to use the work for profit or commercial use.
The client is allowed to use the works as a profile picture, banner, or merchandise as long as it is only for personal use.
3. Commercial Use/Monetization Use (Merchandise, Promotion/Ads, Prints, Streaming, Content Use)
Commercial use requires an additional 200% payment according to the original price of the service chosen. Client shall not claim the art as their own work. The client can use the work commercially according to what they have paid for. Further details shall be discussed through direct message.
4. Additional Payments
a.) An additional cost of $15 requires after usage of 2 free minimal design add-ons.
b.) Background costs 0 to $100 depending on complexity, in which plain background is free.
c.) Adding characters requires 90% additional payment based on the service requested.


6. REVISIONS
Any form of Revision is allowed only during sketch and are free of charge; any revisions beyond it require additional payment, ranging from $15 to $40, depending on complexity. Revision may also apply if the artist has made a mistake.


7. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
1. Turnaround Time—1 week to 2 months. (Read nos. 1, 2, and 3.)
2. The client will only receive a digital product.


8. USE, and INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
a.) I own all rights to the artwork. Client cannot sell, distribute, reproduce, exchange, or resell the delivered work in any form, digital, physical, or AR, without prior agreement of usage or payment. (Read no. 5.)Feeding or using my artworks on NFTs and AI engines is prohibited.
b.) I am allowed to post the work through my social media unless requested or under an NDA.
I have the right to include the artwork provided in my portfolio.


9. REFUND AND CANCELLATION
1.) Cancellation during the process.
a.) Cancellation is not allowed, and there is "NO" refund once the work is in progress, and upon finalization.
b.) I have the right to cancel the commission due to unforseen reasons i.e health condition or sickness, incident, etc.
2.) Request for Refund.
The client should not request/issue a refund without informing me beforehand. I will be the one to hand the refund to the client through the same online transaction/application used.
3.) Cancellation/request of refund on the sketch process or before doing the work.
a.) INFORM ME if you want to cancel the order before progress.
b.) To clients who had received sketches (base pose or rough sketch) requested a refund may be refunded of 90% of their original payment. If the client did not receive any sketch and requested a refund, they may be refunded according to their payment method.
